Hi, I’m Romara
I’m an old Greek Shepherd girl and you can see in my photos that I’m rather big!
I was found by DASH volunteers wandering the streets in Messini, but strangely I had a Romanian chip (it wasn’t registered).
Now I live in the DASH rescue centre as one of their life-long residents. There are many reasons why I would prefer to stay here at the shelter.
I have heart problems and I’m starting to develop difficulties walking, my huge weight bears on my back legs. The volunteers at DASH are doing their best to help me live pain-free by helping me with a pain management programme.
I also get special nutritious food to help me with my health problems too.
Moving from my home at the DASH centre now may put me under a lot of stressed and I would be much happier to stay where I am.
Everyone at DASH supports me and are helping me to live happy, safe and loved at the DASH shelter.
I love my new life at DASH and with your help, you could make DASH an even better environment for me and all of my friends.
By sponsoring life-long DASH residents, like me, you will be helping feed and care for me and changing the lives of every dog that comes to DASH for help, love and shelter!
